Event Description
Be part of the 23rd National African-American Read-In, one of thousands happening across the globe during February.  Kent State Salem's Library will host a read-in from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, on February 8.    Participants will celebrate African-American literacy and history by reading from works by African-American authors.  The National African-American Read-In is sponsored by the Black Caucus of the National Council of Teachers of English and endorsed by the International Reading Association.  The Library is located at 2491 St. Rt. 45 S in Salem.
