Webinar: Student Affairs Job vs. Career
Start Date: 10/16/2013Start Time: 12:00 AM
End Date: 10/16/2013End Time: 1:00 AM
Event Description
Student Affairs Job vs. Career: The Choice to Work Full-Time or Attend Graduate School

Have you been planning a career in student affairs for some time or are you looking for a job until something opens in your chosen career field? Has someone recently mentioned to you that you could do student affairs work as a career and you don’t know what options you have? Regardless of what has brought you to this fork in your career road, this webinar will allow you to think about and hear results of a research study from people who have faced these same decisions about whether to attend graduate school right away or to try and work in the field until you know for sure this is your preferred career path. You should come away with a better idea of what it means to work in student affairs without a graduate degree, the options and opportunities available for you. You also will have an idea about what graduate school in student affairs or other disciplines involves and the options and choices of careers you may have by choosing this path.
