Event Description
They Led the Way is a civil rights exhibition that chronicles the lives of the eight students who desegregated Leon County, Florida public schools 50 years ago. The opening reception will be held in the First Energy Auditorium of Franklin Hall on Monday, Jan. 27 from 4-6 p.m.  The exhibit is the work of faculty members Prof. Ann Schierhorn and Prof. David LaBelle and has recently been shown at the John G. Riley Museum in Tallahassee.
